Patiently, I've been waiting for part 2 and I must say I loved it just as much as part 1. Maliah and Tripp are so damn cute together it's sickening but in a good way. I love how the author picked up where it left off. Everything was spiraling out of control for both the main characters and it was breaking my heart, especially with Tripp and his anxiety attacks! I really felt for him. Maliah's memory lose due to the accident was heart breaking as well. I was so happy that Tripp coming around helped her and they were back at it like they never broke up. 1 thing I love is that their relationship is realistic for people their age. Tripp isn't some big time drug dealer and Maliah isn't some model girl who has it all together. The people in their circle aren't snakes and there isn't any excessive drama outside of Tripp & Maliah. Tripp character grew so much, and I happy the author let him shine in this book, especially having to step up and take in Alisa (I love that little girl she is too much for her age)! That gesture right there showed he was a good man. Overall I rated this book a 4 instead of 5 because the ending to me, was rushed and someparts needed a little editing. Even though I got my happy ending (SMILES:) i feel like the author wanted to get done with the book. Throughout it all I was laughing my ass off! All the chapters are comedians in their own right!!Yolonda S, this is only your 2nd book but I can tell you're gonna drop bangers; your potential shines thru guuuurrrrllllaaa. Now that snippet we got of your 3rd book??!! Imma need you to drop that ASAP!

The author definitely took you for a wild ride. The characters trials will have you laughing,fussing at them and crying.
A good read!
Tripp and Maliah went through so much together. The important part is that they both weathered the storm together! Perfect ending to a good series!
I believe Tripp and Malian were really schoolmates because how could she feel so comfortable around Jim even after losing her memory all those months. I am glad they told Alisa into their home and raised her as their own. Trina finally got the baby she wanted by Sean and Travis found someone to love instead of holding on to his feelings for Malian. Hope to read more interesting stories like these in the future.
The end of the first book of the series had me stuck!!! And this one continued with excitement from the beginnning. I commend Tripp for not taking advantage of Maliah when she was going through the consequences of her accident. Alisa was just what they all needed to get over the hard times and they were able to reciprocate at the end when she took a lost. I would've liked to see Travis fall in love because after everything he did for Maliah he deserved it!
The accident could’ve been a waaay better turn out but the author spent a bunch of time with Tripp doing nothing. The age of Alisa is still not clear at various points she was, "You 10 years old,…” ( Location 299). Then; “…seven-year-old was baffling…” ( Locations 1117-1118). I didn’t even remember the first one so this one was off from the jump when they started talking about the ex. The bits I did remember I thought he’d just got the way he was within the little time they’d been at the school. Either way, the story was bare, little was holding my attention and the little that did was not enough to really even read the entire thing.
The second book was so greatttt sis . I was so happy that Tripp proposed to her at the concert ; that was so cutee . & Tripp Jr. is so adorable . But overall great book & keep doing what you do sis .
The second part had me so emotional just with ups & downs they went thru an overcame. This book was just amazing in itself & the epilogue had me jumping for joy man they made me so happy to know they all are one big happy family with flaws n' all. Yoyo is really phenomenal with her writing so glad to be a supporter & reader of her work! Love You. ' -Brittine
